Description
Ryu got so mad he got a hole in his chest.

- Evil Install is a mechanic that allows you to cancel special moves into other special moves for
of meter. - Meter gets fully refilled when returning to neutral while in this mode.
- It also alters movement, and powers up some special moves.
- Mode ends upon doing any super move.
Evil Ryu can also whiffcancel most moves.
